A Whiter Shade Of Pale' erinnernde Liebesballade 'Everyone's In Love With You'.

It seems evident from this album that they were running out of steam at this point. Bonus for including a song that has been recorded by Elton John & a song that has been recorded by the Ramones, as I find that amusing for my own personal reasons.
Well...this was all about marketing, marketing the idea that "Brian's Back"...when in reality he wasn't...he was in a better state then he had been over the past 3 years (at home in bed totally out of it on drugs, alcohol & junk food), but Brian wasn't ready for this.
The result is an average mix of covers (too ease Brian back into the studio with familiar songs) and some descent to average Brian originals...the best being "It's OK", "Back Home", "That Same Song" and the inclusion of a Brian and Al Jardine song that dates back to 1970 "Susie Cincinnati".
A very messy album even by the groups 70's releases...though it did act as a playground for Brian to get back too basics as a musician, songwriter, producer and artist....it paved the way for their next album....which is now regarded as one of Brian's best....
