Sehr schönes Album von Olivia! Sehr persönliche, selbstgeschriebene Texte u. a. über ihren Kampf mit Brustkrebs. Zu den Highlights gehören "Not Gonna Give In To It", "The Way of Love", "Why Me" und "Don't Cut Me Down". Leider setzte sie auf späteren Alben immer mehr auf den esotherischen Touch, den hier manche Titel als durchaus schönes Element besitzen. Das wirkte auf mich leider etwas ermüdend.

Wohl das beste Album von Olivia. Endlich mit eigenen Texten und Kompositionen.

Nur Eigenkompositionen, sehr persönlich, aus der wohl schwierigsten Zeit ihres Lebens.
Ein toles Werk, sowhl die langsamen als auch die schnelleren Stücke. Sehr positiv und lebensbejaend.

Für mich ist die Platte mittlerweile DAS Highlight in Olivia's Musik-Karriere. Geniale Pop, Country und New Age-Klänge veredelt durch ergreifende, sehr persönliche Lyrics, die mehr als nur einmal richtig unter die Haut gehen, und natürlich ihrer unvergleichlichen Stimme. All Time Favourite!

4+, Gaia und insbesonders Not gonna give in to it sind herausragend (zumindest auf diesem Album), der Rest, bei aller Liebe oder Verständniss nichts besonderes.
Een wat ondergewaardeerd album van Olivia Newton-John, dat ze uitbracht in het jaar 1994. In Europa kende ze haar grootste succes in de periode 1978 (Grease)-1984, maar ook nadien heeft ze nog vele mooie nummers uitgebracht.
