It was a shame that due to unfortunate timing with events that "As Day Follows Night" couldn't manage a better chart peak, and I was kinda hoping that the follow up would amend that. Instead it was a little lost in the shuffle and ended up even lower. However this is at least better than "As Day Follows Night", but a good mark behind the first two. However, I think this is her most finely produced album to date. The inclusion of strings is excellent, and while it lacks 'singles' to an extent, there's still plenty to enjoy about the album. 4.5
Lovely vocals of course and some gorgeous arrangements; while I don't think this is her best work it's still a very solid and enjoyable listen. God-Fearing, Fool and I Awake would be my favourites.
