It may seem weird that I was anticipating this as much as I was, because "Cold" had only gotten to #23 on my chart and I hadn't loved any of her material before this, but I was still expecting something brilliant. I'm glad I was excited because it didn't disappoint at all, easily becoming Alison's best. This doesn't sound too removed from the sound found on "I Want U" and "Cold" but sounds more fine tuned and perfected to make something even better. Which sums up my feelings about it well as I feel like she's finally matched her potential with this (this was maybe my biggest problem with Alison before, I wanted to like her songs more because I know she's very talented). I think I love the dual vocal aspect of this the most, provides another dimension and makes it all the more interesting. It's very well produced and the build ups are really great. The mysterious sci-fi vibe I get is cool too. A great introduction to the "Run" era, one of my favourites of 2015 so far.
