Scheinbar vergessen, nicht mal Homer war hier. ;-) Ein sehr schönes, harmonisches Lied aus seiner Anfangszeit.

Wundert mich auch, daß hier so wenige Eintragungen vorhanden sind - eine der besten C&W-Balladen - höre sie gerade in einem Duett mit Steve Earle

Lahme Nummer
Bin ich durch die Erwähnung im neuesten Frank Goosen-Buch darauf aufmerksam geworden.
Der Titel ist schon etwas schläfrig.

Eine Klasse weniger stark als Johnny Cashs gelungene Aufnahme, aber im grundsoliden Bereich positioniere diese sympathische Country-Ballade aus dem Repertoire Kris Kristoffersons. Der Hüne kann zwar nicht mit der stimmlichen Kraft des "Man In Black" auftrumpfen, beschert aber eine gemütliche, nette Darbietung, für die meines Erachtens die klare 4 passt.
