2000 wurde UK Garage so weit gehypt dass man seither nicht mehr soviel davon hörte, einerseits schade, andererseits auch gut, da es (wie zum Teil auch Hip-Hop) dann halt doch immer genau dasselbe ist.
Dies jedenfalls ein geiler Song aus diesem Hype!

# 2 in GB im Frühling 2000, wirklich nicht schlecht und wirklich nicht von Dauer.

▓ Het is hun eerste & laatste "Hitje" in de Hollandse hitlijsten van de eendagsvlieg formatie "Sweet Female Attitude" !!! Verder niets spectaculairs, maar ook niet super slecht !!! De plaat "Flowers" uit mei 2000 was in Holland geen groot succes overigens !!! Krap 4 sterren !!! (NL Top 40: 6 wk / # 20) !!!

Typischer 2-Step/Garage Song.

As someone who is reasonably qualified to say that I have observed it, I'm surprised how little garage music there was in the UK charts in the year 2000, which seemed like the prime time for it. Unsurprisingly one of the biggest hits of the genre is the one that encapsulates it into a poppier package. The choppy vocal hooks hold up surprisingly well, I only wish there was a bit more of it, but I suppose it's already skirting on the line of accessibility.
